In-vehicle UX

Designed seamless end-to-end user experiences to optimize the functionality of myBrand infotainment system features using wireframes and prototypes
IHU Information Architecture
Used customer research to create a plan to reorganize infotainment system features to align with user expectations and use cases
e-commerce innovation & enhancements
Enhanced the IHU store experience to introduce new product types, designed an integrated wallet experience, and explored app store solutions
Service and assistance Redesign
Redesigned the service scheduling and roadside assistance IHU interfaces and product experience from the ground up to align with mobile, web, and dealership processes
lEGACY VEHICLE
UPDATES
Managed the myBrand legacy vehicle updates across brands (Cadillac, Buick, Chevrolet, and GMC) to ensure all bugs were addressed and new features were backported
Cross-channel collaboration
Worked alongside web and mobile design teams, software developers, researchers, and quality analysts to deliver a unified myBrand cross-channel experience to stakeholders
