sUMMARY
My main goal was to produce a seamless customer experience through collaboration with mobile and web teams to integrate e-Commerce, Scheduling Service, and Roadside Assistance features. This included updating legacy (Cadillac, Buick, Chevrolet, and GMC) expreiences and designing the future of the myBrand cross-channel experience.
